Cheddar Bacon Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 4-6 cups thinly sliced gold potatoes
- 3 cups half and half
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 2½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup half and half + 3 T flour
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 strips bacon, cooked til almost crispy and roughly chopped or ⅓ cup bacon bits
- 20 NABISCO PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, finely crushed
- 4 T butter, melted
